"I am supposed to check out this noon 21st Nov and I've been staying here from 16th November 2014. I can't believe that I've nothing to complaint about this hotel, but that's the truth.
The most thing that I like about this suite is the location.Eateries are everywhere. For muslim like me, I bought from Badesha,Shah Al-Khair and Suriani restaurant.All are just in front of the suite.Its really convenient!! And some of them are open 24-hours. There is also convenient store among the eateries. We also bought fresh fruits like bananas from that store.
And it is near to Alor Street where lots of Chinese Hawker foods available.We walked for 10-15 minutes to Sg Wang Plaza or Bukit Bintang. We also used footbridge near to Hotel Istana to go to KLCC. There is Monorail LRT station nearby to that area,just across Hotel Istana.
I am very satisfied with housekeeping services as well as maintenance services. A broken light was fixed without I even realized it.Even the disturbance is really minimum compared to other hotel I've stayed. There was one day I managed to sleep with my 9-months baby for 3 hours from 9am-12pm.It felt so good.
This is not an issue for me.But maybe I need to mention it. The breakfast is just a continental breakfast. Can't expect more.So I always bought my breakfast from all the restaurants mentioned above."
